Vanguard provided full mechanical services for their Burleigh Walk residential project, comprising a 115-unit, wood-frame development located just steps from the Coquitlam River Trail. The development features two buildings situated atop a shared parkade, with a common lobby entrance. Each unit is equipped with in-suite laundry, a balcony, storage, and EV charging stalls.
