Vanguard partnered with Cressey Development Group to provide full mechanical services to the Conrad, two four-and six-storey rental buildings on Commercial and 18th in East Vancouver. The 110-unit development comprises studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Additional amenities include a fitness room, social lounge with communal kitchen, dining and lounge area, kids outdoor play area, and an underground parkade with EV charging station and bike storage.
