The original Santa Fe heritage building was constructed in 1928, featuring poured concrete walls, intricate decorative plasters, Juliet balconies, and deeply recessed windows. Its symmetrical façade reflects the Period Revival movement, a hallmark of the 1920s architectural style. Today, this iconic heritage site remains a proud landmark in Fairview. Standing behind the original building is the 11-storey Santa Fe high-rise rental community, comprising a 50-unit tower. Vanguard had the opportunity to provide full mechanical services on the modern Santa Fe. Together, these buildings serve as a testament to the evolution of our city over the past century.
