Vanguard was contracted to supply full mechanical services for the Raincity Shelter Project in Surrey. This transitional housing initiative stands as one of the first enhanced health-supported housing programs in BC. Here, RainCity and Fraser Health staff work closely with program participants to address their healthcare needs and foster connections to culture and community. The building provides 31 shelter units and 98 transitional units, a commercial-grade kitchen, where meals are provided, common service spaces, and meeting rooms.
