Vanguard was contracted to supply full mechanical services in the construction of the new Sunrise Senior Living facility in North Vancouver. Located on Lonsdale Square, the six-level 82,019 square foot community features 100 units, including a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, plus a fitness centre, salon and activity rooms, amenity spaces, bistro, and spacious common areas.
