Project Features
160 residential units, parkade, two levels of outdoor patio space, outdoor park for pets, 240 bike storage parking, indoor/outdoor fitness space. Heating and cooling were provided via a four-pipe fan coil in-suite connected to a rooftop chiller for cooling and heating from CONV district energy
Vanguard was excited to collaborate with Ventana Construction on The Bowline, a luxury rental development in North Vancouver’s bustling Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. Vanguard provided full mechanical services for the 160 residential units and parkade. In addition to suites, the building offers two levels of outdoor patio space, an outdoor “bark park” for pets, 240 bike storage parking, and an indoor/outdoor fitness space.
