Vanguard was contracted by UBC Properties Trust to deliver full mechanical services for Mundell House, a six-storey, wood-frame residential building in UBC’s Wesbrook Village. Spanning 122,614 square feet, the 136 faculty rental units offer one-to-three-bedroom suites with in-floor heating. Additional features include an underground parkade and an open outlook pavilion integrated with landscaping and tiered seating that leads to a courtyard space along Scholar’s Greenway.
