Project Features
200 residential units, parkade, three ground-floor commercial retail spaces. All units had a two-pipe heat pump for coil run to a rooftop chiller and boiler room for heating and cooling in-suite
Vanguard partnered with Clark Builders for phase one of the ERA project in our hometown of Maple Ridge. We delivered comprehensive mechanical services for four distinct buildings, comprising a five-storey structure, six-storey building, and two townhouse complexes. Together, these developments enhance the community with 200 residential units and three ground-floor commercial retail spaces.
