Portwood (formerly Woodland Park) marks the first master-planned community approved in Port Moody since 2004. Vanguard played a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mechanical services for both Phase One and Phase Three of the project. Phase One: The Creek, comprised three buildings with a shared underground parkade, housing a total of 330 below-market residential rental units facilitated by BC Housing.
Phase Three: The Hub features two multi-unit residential apartment buildings providing 154 units of residential and commercial space, with a park nestled in between. This high-density redevelopment community will be surrounded by retail, restaurant, office, post-secondary, and creative industrial spaces. Additionally, the development includes two new public parks, a trail through an urban forest, and environmentally protected open green spaces.
