Vanguard provided full mechanical services for this 90,000-square-foot development, housing 98 residences ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom suites, along with amenities such as a social room, fitness facility, and rooftop patio. Each unit within this six-storey wood-frame rental building features in-floor hydronic heating.
