Vanguard provided full mechanical services for Darwin Construction's Union Gospel Mission project. Located in the heart of Gastown, this unique seven-storey mixed-use development functions as a women and family recovery and housing centre, encompassing 66,000 square feet. Developed in partnership between the Union Gospel Mission and BC Housing, the project includes a parkade, service centres, offices, micro-dwellings, permanent housing, and a childcare facility.
